As a new student we welcome you to come and try our classes at a discounted rate. Our hope is that you feel welcome to try different classes to see which class may suit you best. Yoga is vast. We aim to provide a great variety and diversity in teachers and classes to meet the diversity of students and your needs. We offer everything from an active physical practice to cultivate strength, flexibility and ease to meditation class (Mindful Self-Discovery) for deep release and understanding. All classes aim to touch into something deep, something transformative, something nourishing.
This pass is good for all of our regular weekly classes. This pass is not good for special events and workshops.
