"We'll begin the first half of class warming up with a gentle Vinyasa flow, and enjoy a long cool down of yin and restorative poses. This is a beautiful class for expelling pent up energy from the week and calmly easing ourselves into the weekend. In the Vinyasa practice we'll move in and out of yoga poses, carefully connecting breath to movement to build heat, strength, and mental focus. Then as we transition into restoration, we'll soften into longer holds using props that allow the body to release and the nervous system to reset. All levels are welcome though some experience with yoga is recommended."
