This vibrant 60-minute class combines chanting, asana, meditation, and mantra. After warming up with Jivamukti's "magic 10" sequence, you'll be invited to set an altruistic intention for your practice.
Then you'll move through a sequence that includes standing poses, basic twists, deep backbends, inversions (with customizable options), and more. This class moves at a steady pace and the breaths are counted. As always, you're encouraged to listen to your body and only do what's right for you.
If you're looking for a well-rounded yoga sequence that is consistent and can support you developing a home self practice, this class is for you. Students are invited to stay on for Yoga Nidra which directly follows the Spiritual Warrior sequence.
