This vibrant vinyasa yoga class combines asana, meditation, and mantra. Modeled after the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior sequence, this all-levels practice will lead you through standing poses, basic twists, deep backbends, inversions (with customizable options), and more. The breaths are counted and the pace is steady and engaging.

If you're looking for a well-rounded yoga sequence that is consistent and can support you developing a home self practice, this class is for you.
