Embodied Awareness is a weekly meditation group and practice designed to create a safe, shared field of presence for exploring your inner world and reconnecting with the truth of who you are beneath the habits, conditioning, and protective patterns shaped by your life experience.

Through consistent practice and honest presence, you’ll begin to recognize what no longer serves you and gently release what’s out of alignment. Over time, this practice can support you in embodying a more grounded, authentic, and free expression of your true self.

Each session begins with an introduction to the practice, then a 30-minute guided meditation, followed by open space for reflection, questions, and real-time guidance based on what arises.
