Join Shawn for this very special summer workshop series.  In this series of classes we will explore foundational yoga poses and how to customize them to your unique circumstances while paying close attention to principles of alignment.  We will also explore some of the subtler energetic aspects of a yoga practice as well as look at the difference between yoga and other movement practices such as pilates.  Each class will focus on a category or genre of poses and our class time will be part breaking down and studying the poses and part free exploration by the students. There will be time for Q and A.  Deepen your practice in community and keep the fire burning this summer!
