Enjoy a deeply nourishing yoga practice designed to support holistic relaxation. This class incorporates guided meditation, very gentle movements, intentional breathwork, and restorative yoga. 

Restorative yoga is often referred to as the antidote to stress. It includes long, comfortable poses that invite the body to soften and release tension. By getting into fully supported positions while gently guiding the breath we create the conditions needed to fully relax. This practice is almost entirely floor based with the rare standing pose held for a shorter amount of time.

Great for folks who appreciate the softer side of yoga and want some quiet time away from the demands of daily life. Seasoned practitioners who crave an extended restorative yoga practice will also benefit from extra restorative time!

Props will be provided to help you get comfortable in poses but attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite pillows, eye coverings, and blankets to optimize their comfort. Soft, ambient background music will be played.
