This class is designed to integrate mindful and adaptive adjustments to yoga flows with respect to our changing needs through seasonal shifts. Dynamic, seasonal yoga adaptations typically call for fire-building and flowing asanas in winter; moderate, detoxifying poses and breathwork in spring; lighter sequences in summer; and balancing, grounding practice in fall. This class offers challenging poses with thoughtful variations, all with the invitation to do what supports you at present. All levels are welcome—find your limits and treat them with kindness. Join Emily for a supportive, strengthening, and enlivening yoga practice.
