Breathwork is a powerful, guided practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to calm the mind, release stress, and reconnect you with your body. In this class, you’ll be led through a safe, accessible breathwork journey designed to help you slow down, drop out of your thoughts, and return to a grounded, centered state. 

Please note that while breathwork is safe for most people, it is contraindicated if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues or heart disease, or have had a recent surgery.
