Hi, I'm A (they/them)! My Hatha-based classes are appropriate for students healing from injuries, beginners, or long-time students looking to be re-inspired by the roots of their practice. Because I come from an Iyengar background, we use lots of props to modify poses and make them work for YOUR body. 

I empower my fellow LGBTQ+ community to take up space, and I’m passionate about recontextualizing yoga so that modern practitioners have a better understanding of its roots. I encourage people to look at yoga as not only a practice of individual healing, but a practical philosophy for liberating all of humanity. Ultimately, I believe when we take better care of ourselves we are taking better care of the planet.
