Josephine Kelly (pronouns: they/she/he) loves creating spaces where people can move their bodies with kindness and curiosity. Prioritizing accessibility, Josephine’s classes emphasize gentle movement and functional alignment. They provide a slow and restful pace, offering props and modifications so students can discover what feels best in their unique bodies. Their classes incorporate elements of therapeutic, restorative, yin, and Iyengar yoga. Josephine has taught yoga for nearly a decade to teens and adults in studios, high schools, juvenile detention centers, and substance disorder recovery programs.
