Jen Flores

Jen Flores is a breathwork facilitator and integration coach devoted to creating intentional, supportive spaces for deep inner exploration. Her work invites students to gently reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been neglected or disconnected from, using the breath as a pathway to awareness, release, embodiment, and joy.

Jen’s own journey began in her first breathwork class, where she discovered the wisdom held in the body and the power of conscious breathing. That experience sparked a deep commitment to this practice and to holding space for others.

She now facilitates private sessions, group journeys, and retreats, guiding participants to explore their edge while staying grounded, resourced, and present. Jen is trained in breathwork through David Elliott’s lineage and is trauma-informed, bringing a compassionate, nervous-system-aware approach to every session.
