A practice with a gentle yet dynamic nature that focuses on synchronizing the rhythm of movement and breath.
Participants will flow through a series of poses, smoothly transitioning from one to the next, guided by deep and intentional breathing. Modifications and variations for poses will be provided, ensuring that beginners feel comfortable while still challenging experienced practitioners.
The emphasis on breath helps to cultivate mindfulness, enhance concentration, and promote relaxation while building strength, flexibility, balance and the deepening with the connection to one’s breath.
Throughout this class, we hope to foster a sense of community and empowerment, allowing everyone to explore and expand their practice at their own pace.
