In Balanced Hatha Flow, you can expect to deepen your body's innate healing capacity through mindful, breath-based movement. Each class will guide you towards more functional movement and greater stability on and off the mat - decreasing pain and tension, promoting holistic wellbeing, and restoring a felt sense of ease. You'll leave practice feeling lighter, more joyful, and integrated in body, mind and spirit.

Charlotte is currently pursuing an 800-hour Yoga Therapy certification and teaches in a gentle yet strengthening style informed by therapeutic yoga.
