In this class we will explore the foundational elements of a yoga practice - Asana, Pranayama, Mudra - introducing these ideas in a simple and accessible manner.  By applying some universal principles both the novice and veteran practitioner will be able to take away useful information to ignite a home practice.  All bodies are welcome.
