Yin for Relaxation is a gentle practice that will enable you to nurture your body and calm your mind. This is an all levels class, accessible to those new to yoga as well as advanced practitioners. Classes begin with a series postures that allow you to stretch deeply through longer holds, release tension from the body, and cultivate stillness.  Yin for Relaxation is a beautiful practice to soothe your nervous system, ground your energy, and bring balance to your entire being.
