Cultivate true power by tuning into the breath and the body as a method for mindfulness. Grounding deeply, energetically and in the physical body, combined with slow intentional movement coordinated with breath nourish the space of awareness between stimulus and response within ourselves. This is an active practice for an active mind to be led into a place of stillness with guided relaxation and meditation as the pinnacle of the practice.
