The ancient practice of Yoga Nidrā, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that brings us to a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. It is practiced while lying down in savasana with the support of props and blankets. Nidra is a profoundly healing form of yoga that yogis of all levels can access. It is deeply restorative for the body and calming for our minds. With the seeding of the Sankalpa or the heartfelt ""I Am"" statement, this practice also has the power to change harmful beliefs and heal traumatic wounds. Discover how a regular commitment to Nidra can help you sleep better, feel happier, and manifest your innermost desires. 
Please dress comfortably and warmly as you'll be laying down for the majority of the practice. This class is a nice addition to Jillian's Power Vinyasa class from 6 PM-7PM.
